Get Awkward

Hello! Just thought I'd treat you (I joke) to a couple of quick snaps of my hair & outfit from a few days ago.

Hair & Face

My hair's looking pretty ginger at the moment, no matter what colour I dye it, it just goes back!  I love the style and I don't mind the colour, but I want to go slightly blonder through the mid-length & the ends. Looking at this picture I realise I desperately need my fringe cut too! I would do it myself like I usually do, but my hairdresser seemed horrified at the bad job I'd done last time, oops. The things we do simply just to see again, eh?

I'm wearing a new Revlon 'Grow Luscious' mascara I got as a little freebie. I like it but it keeps giving me panda eyes! Apparently I'm such a sweaty betty that even my makeup won't stay on, nice. But it does make my lashes long and thick so I'd perhaps think about buying a waterproof one next time.
I'm also wearing a new No7 Blusher in shade 10 Soft Damson, which I love! I'm a little on the pale side so I wanted to brighten up my face a bit & I think this does the trick. I've also bought my usual Rimmel Stay Matte in 'Pink Blossom' this time and I already look brighter. Nobody wants to look like Gerard Way these days.

Please excuse the awful excuse of an 'outfit photo'. I really need to get a proper photo-taking system on the go. This was an outfit for just popping out & sitting round the house! It honestly looks better & more flattering in real life, I love this outfit. I love throwing on a black H&M vest dress under things & I prefer them so much more to bodycon skirts. The shirt was such a bargain, I think I bought it for about a pound in a charity shop in Preston. It's oversized and spotty and really lightweight. I love wearing it with this Primark cross pendent I've been wearing for the past year!
